Digital Enlargements using CNC Milling
Using a 3D computer model created by us, or supplied by you, we use numerically controlled cutters to mill your duplicate out of foam, wood, metal, or other materials at any scale!
Digital Reductions using Rapid Prototyping / 3D Printing
Using the 3D data file, Scansite employs several different 3D Printing methods to create an exact copy of your model. We accomplish this by using additive manufacturing technologies in which a 3 Dimensional object is created by layering successive layers of material.
Reverse Engineering
We can create an IGES surface model over the 3D scan data for you to import into Solidworks, ProE, Alias, AutoCAD, Rhino, or any other CAD or CAM package. We GUARANTEE that all of our surface models will import properly into your software.
